Need and context
In my role at the Istanbul Chamber of Pharmacists, I develop backend services for member services, payments, integrations and operational reporting.
My contribution
I designed an annual scheduling engine using Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Ollama and OR-Tools CP-SAT to translate natural-language duty rules into validated constraints.
Resulting capability
A structure that separates rule interpretation, constraint validation and schedule generation.
